  Special installer (Download) with DTS-Plugin
  -Plays DTS & DTS-WAV (if DTS-WAV file has ".dts" extension! So append it.)
  -Converts to nearly any format

Interesting Plugins:

DTS-Plugin -> plays DTS/DTS-WAV, if filename ends with ".dts"
foo_dsp_extra -> special version of foo_dsp_extra.dll, that claims to be able to downmix from 5.1 toDolby Pro Logic I/II.
Channel Mixer -> upmix/downmix of channels (pseudo Surround)
